Scaia is a project from Valpolicella producer Tenuta Sant'Antonio, allowing them to produce wines outside of their typical appellations. This is an example of such a wine, rosé made from Rondinella, a grape usually reserved for complementing Corvina in Valpolicella blends. Light in color but not in flavor, there's lots of stuffing here!
