John Monnier is the assistant winemaker at Ravines, where he also makes wine for his own label, John Albert. This Cabernet Franc was sourced from the Lahoma Vineyard, which is home to the Apollo's Praise winery. Fermented and aged in stainless steel, this is crunchy and bright with black and blue fruit, dusty tannin and a slight streak of bell pepper to remind you it is Cabernet Franc.
