Founded in 1997 by winemaker Lou Damiani and viticulturist Phil Davis, both born and raised in Hector, Damiani is an institution on the east side of Seneca Lake. This wine is fermented and aged in oak for 10 months before bottling. Vanilla, baking spice, creme fraiche, citrus curd, this is a classic Finger Lakes Chardonnay.
