The Bohigas family has been growing grapes on this land since the late 13th century.  About 45 minutes west of Barcelona in the River Anoia valley, they certainly have had some time to figure out the vines.  This is a blend of classic Cava varieties with a dosage of 8 grams per liter, landing it firmly in Brut territory. This wine is classic Cava with green apple, zippy lemon, crushed rock and white currant. A great value for Traditional Method wine.
