Apollo's Praise is an exciting new project from a couple of old friends. Started when Kelby Russell and Julia Hoyle purchased the Lahoma Vineyard on the southwest side of Seneca Lake, Apollo's Praise has quickly become a favorite. This is their unoaked, bistro style Cabernet Franc, hence the name Picardie, which is the unstemmed wine glass you get at a sidewalk cafe in Paris. Crunchy red, black and blue fruit with a nice streak of bell pepper and dusty mineral.
