They're Barolo's will be out in a few years, but in the meantime, we have their Nebbiolo. The vineyards for this wine are wrapped around a chapel dedicated to Saint Sebastian, hence the name. The vineyard sees cool nights, and the 24 vintage was cool and dry.  The wine is macerated for 14 days after alcoholic fermentation then aged for 12 months in oak before bottling.
